Blood oxygen App it’s not valid in my region.
I bought an Apple watch. I have my iphone and all set to Italy but momentarily I’m in a country were the App it’s not supported. How can I use the App?

I understand, but I’m from Italy which is one of the country were the App is available, but for work matters I’m in Albania which is a country not on the list of Apple. So what should I do?

My apologies,I've just checked the list and Albania is on the list of supported countries so it should work.

Try changing your region on phone to Albania.
You can't use it;
For the Blood Oxygen app to work on your watch it has to be approved by;
A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and
B.the government of the country in which you reside.
Until it's approved in Albania there's nothing you can do.
