Is my AirPods not genuine if there is no firmware information available in the settings?

Is it possible that the AirPods is not genuine if there is no firmware information available in the settings? My iPhone is running the latest IOS version (IOS 14.4) by the time of publication of this post. I already checked the serial numbers in the box, charging case, and the AirPods itself and everything seems to be legit. Is the serial number from the box is enough to identify whether the AirPods is genuine.
