It is nearly impossible to hack an iPhone. Your iPhone is therefore not hacked. What is possible is that your Apple ID and Password may be compromised. This can happen if a third-party acquires your Apple ID and Password and misuses it. If you have notice suspicious activity related to your Apple ID then I recommend that you change the password of your Apple ID.
