Apple tv keeps asking me to add a new payment method even after I have added one. I cannot get past this step to watch any movies. Thanks for any help.
It may be that the entered payment method isn’t valid for subscriptions. Subscriptions require a payment method that can be charged periodically and automatically without repetitive user assistance every renewal time.
If none of your payment methods are accepted, then consider using account balance as payment method. Add the amount of (at least) one billing cycle to be able to start a subscription.
