Apple TV. 4K

My television screen is constantly freezing. Some movies more than others. This 4K unit is only 2 weeks old.

Help!

1. Restart Modem.

2. Restart Router

3. Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.
