Touch Bar on 13" MacBook Pro 2020 (intel) broken

Hi,

Earlier today I opened my MacBook and my 'control centre portion'? of the Touch Bar is non-existent the issue is only on my user and I have tried to resolve the bug by reinstalling Mac OS Big Sur.

If there are any solutions please let me know, I cannot currently go to get apple support in person as the UK is currently in lockdown.
