Android and iOS devixes are different devices with different OSes.
This will never happen.
If the app has an iOS version and you can install and log into this app, in theory, the iOS version of this app should have your current, up to date status.

Apps cannot be transferred between Android and iOS/iPadOS devices; these are totally different Operating Systems.
Depending upon the game, you find that you can purchase the equivalent game from the Apple App Store.
