Catalina link in App Store appears to be broken - is there an updated link from Apple?

Hi all,

I am trying to make a bootable downloader with Mac OS Catalina. The link the Apple help article that goes to the App Store appears to be broken. Can someone please provide an alternate or an updated App Store link?

It's not broken. Use Safari to open it.
