Virus on calendar

So I accidentally clicked something on this add that popped up while I was in a website and now I keep getting notifications on my calendar saying that i need to remove a virus or to protect my phone.Can you please show me how to remove them.

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account. 


If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
