I’m having issues pairing watch to phone. Keeps saying that my Apple ID can’t unlock the watch. I bought the watch second hand from a friend.
iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

You need to have your friend open the ‘Watch’ app on his iPhone and unpair the Watch from his iPhone before you can pair with your iPhone.
Let me know if this doesn’t solve the problem.
