I can’t install latest update on my watch

I can’t install update to my watch . Says storage is full when it is not

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 7

Try this;

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up

enough storage space to update your watch.And without any loss of data.
