Can I turn of the fan on my MacBook M1 pro, so it runs like the MacBook M1 Air?

I just wanted to run it like a MacBook Air if possible then no dust is getting sucked in, its always the fans that go for me, do you have a M1 pro? How often would you say the fan comes on just watching YouTube and emailing?

Or is there a way to get my MacBook M1 pro to throttle back, at lower temperatures, like 60-70 Celsius?
