How can I update my iPad without WiFi?

I don't have a computer. I don't have internet, cable, dsl, landline, or anything but my ipad.
You don't say how to use the computer to update my iPad software.

If you don't have any of that, then how do you get online with your ipad? Is your iPad Wifi AND cellular and you access the internet via your iPhone? But you didn't mention that you have an iPhone. So, how do you get online with your iPad? Especially if you do not have internet?
You cannot update an iPad via that route because the updates are too large and cell phone providers do not allow such large downloads.
And, the only way I know is by hooking it up to a computer. If it is not an Apple device, you need to install iTunes on it - that'll work. But, that is irrelevant since you don't have a computer.
