In MAIL, Flag's do not show up anymore. How do I get them back?
When I set a Flag it does not appear next to the email while in the inbox. How do I get that feature to operate?

Which layout are you using?
If column layout, did you add the Flag column? Ctrl-click on the headers and select it.
