MacBook Air Battery

My 2015 MacBook Air only keeps a charge for about 4-5 hours. Is it advisable to replace battery. Also it runs very hot after a couple hours.

What is the battery health status? Go to the Apple > about this Mac > System Report > scroll down to power and check. If it says "service" or "replace" battery, call Spple support.
