Upgrading the OS on a Mac Mini (Late 2009)

I have a Mac Mini Late 2009 which has OS X El Capitan installed. But I can not install Adobe Creative Cloud programmes which I need on it due to the OS being so old.

I am unable to download the newest Mac OS update it seems. Wondered if there was any solution to this?

Mac mini, OS X 10.11

The only solution is to buy a newer Mac that supports the newer OS. The maximum OS for your computer is 10.6.2.
