Hi,

Is Mac/OS High Sierra 10.13.6 the last update for a mid 2011 Imac?

Does that mean my mid 2011 Imac will no longer receive any further security updates?

1. Yes.

2. Specific exceptions may exist, but Apple generally only releases patches for the three most recent releases.

You need to get a 2012 or newer model to receive current patches, noting #2 above.

Hi Neil,

Thanks for your reply...much appreciated.

Does this mean I need to get a new Mac if this is not being supported?

I know I can continue to use my IMAC 2011 but guess there is a risk associated in doing so.
