My AirPods stop connecting to my MacBook Pro. I removed the AirPods from Bluetooth in Systems Preferences and added the AirPods back to the MacBook but this did not work. I reset the AirPods and added them back but this did not work. The AirPods connect with my iPhone12 pro.

Actually the AirPods connect to my MacBook Pro for about 5 seconds and then disconnects. As I mentioned I have removed the AirPods from Preferences and then re-added it back, but this did not work. I also have reset the AirPods to no avail.
