Can I switch my iPad mini from ipadOS to iOS?
IpadOS 14.4 on my mini 4 is buggie and annoying. Is there a way to switch to straight IOS?
Thanks

Problems I don't have with my XS Max like keyboard filling the screen so I can't see what I'm typing, ease of use things like that.
Is the on-screen keyboard, on you iPad mini «filling the screen so [you] can’t see what [you’re] typing»?
Could you provide a screenshot, so we can get an idea of what is going on?
Different sized screens should have, somewhat, different on-screen keyboard layouts, in order to provide sufficient space for your work.
You can also choose alternate keyboards as desired, such as a small floating keyboard, or a split keyboard. The keyboard can also be “Docked” or “Undocked”.
We may be able to help you find what works best for you.
No, you cannot. The iOS is tailored to the iPad model and you would not even be able to download it from anywhere.
What exactly seems to be the problem.
Bummer. Thanks for answering.

Unfortunately, those appear to be things that cannot be changed.
