Battery drain on iOS 14.x or sudden defect

Recently I suffer from suddenly battery drops. My iPhone 6s is sent to the Mac store from Apple and the battery is replaced, and done a factory reset. It was all good until today when there was a new sudden battery drain. I saw earlier that there were people replying and having issues with an iPhone 11. It is a very populair item with already more than 30.000 views.

Hooking it up to a power-adapter it shows a total amount of 39%. I minut before it was less then 10%???

There might be some distortion in the update code, somehow, somewhere. Is there a possibility that Apple can reply to this sudden read many times item?
