Scan an iPhone XR for malware

There's no malware that can run on iPhone.

All apps you deleted can be re-downloaded are just for your convenient.

• iPhone has the latest iOS 14.4 installed, alway keep iPhone up to date.

Note: Make sure you have at least 2 trusted phone number (landline can also be used)

There is no malware on the phone if all of the apps came from the app store. If any came from websites and not from the app store restore the phone to factory settings and start over→Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support. don’t restore a backup unless it was made before this incident.

iOS will prevent your device from being "scanned" for malware.

Since all your apps are downloaded from the App Store is next to impossible to get any.
