Two Things to Try:

I. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

II. Update your iPhone:

Installing updates fixes bugs - bugs may be causing this. So, perform an update.

Update your iPhone using:

• the iPhone itself
• a Mac, or
• a PC, even

1. Backup First: Make a backup of your device using iCloud or your computer

2. Then, Update Using these Links:

• From a PC: Update software on iOS and iPadOS devices in iTunes on PC - Apple Support

There is no hack/malware/virus for a non jailbroken iphone.

What troubleshooting steps have you done already?
