Unable to upgrade to Mac OS 10.14

I have a Mac mini 2012 and I am trying to upgrade my OS to 10.14, but it is not available in Apps. Currently I have High Sierra 10.13 installed. What can do?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Mojave or Catalina through the links provided. Open them in a browser other than Firefox.
