Lost all my playlists, rankings and loved in Music

I am using Music Version 1.1.3.3 and my Macbook Air is running Big Sur.

I have recently had to restore it to factory settings and have copied all my documents back onto the laptop.

The problem I now have is that although I seem to have all my songs, I have lost all my playlists and all the ratings, hearts and any notes I have made to these songs.

I have tried iTunes Music Library.xml by using Music\File\Library\Import Playlist...

Please can someone help and explain how I can get my music back to how I want it?

I had the same problem.

I had to de-authorize my computer, then reauthorize it. Sign out of my Itunes account, then resign in.

took a while for it to "update" to what it was but now it's all back
