The Netflix app won’t open and this is the very first time I’ve used this Apple TV. Is this a common issue?

I just setup my new Apple TV 4K and the Netflix app won’t open. I’ve turned it off and on, deleted and reinstalled, reset the tv and re-setup the tv. I’ve done everything and the Netflix app won’t open. Is this a known issue?
