App Store

When I want to download an app from the App Store it says, "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes." How can I fix this problem? I tried to log out and log back in, but that didn't work. I also changed my password, rest my phone, and turned of my phone but it still doesn't work. It keeps saying the same thing.

iPhone 11, iOS 14
