Am I able to upgrade my storage on my MacBook Pro?
I am waiting to know. Am I able to take my MacBook Pro to an Apple store and be able to get more storage on it? Or am I going to have to buy a different MacBook Pro?

The internal storage upgrade does depends on the model of the MacBook Pro.
Please see: Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support and corresponding Tech Spec link should give an idea what type of storage(HardDrive) used in your MacBook Pro.
Types of HardDrive:
- traditional hard drive, also known as a HDD (spinning magnetic disks)
- solid state drive (SSD)
- SSD in the same factor size of HDD
- Apple Proprietary SSD (PCIe-based flash storage)
- SSD is soldered to the logic board and is not removable/replaceable.
If you have a MacBook Pro where the SSD is soldered to the logic board, then you cannot remove/replace it to upgrade the storage.
