Apple TV App

Hi there I downloaded the Apple TV App for PS4 and cannot access menus for extra features in movies I've purchased. Does anyone else have this issue?

It works as intended:

If you can't view your iTunes Extras - Apple Support

iTunes Extras aren't available in the Apple TV app on smart TVs and streaming devices.
