Is there any possibility you can get back photos that you deleted from recently deleted I was unsure that I did not know that my iPad and my phone were connected and I deleted a bunch of photos off of my phone which also accidentally deleted them off my iPad

You appear to have been using iCloud for Photos and the photos were synching across all your devices. Once they are out of the Recently Deleted Folder then you have lost them and will not be able to retrieve them.
