Samsung ML-2160 printer and macOS Big Sur

You have an island for a printer. No driver support from HP, GutenPrint, or Apple's AirPrint. GutenPrint does support the ML-2150, but it is a stretch to assume it will support the ML-2160. I would suspect that unless you want to print from a Windows box, that you are in the market for a new printer, whose model is already listed in the Apple AirPrint listing.

It won't as it is a 32-bit driver that has not been updated since macOS 10.12. Don't count on HP suddenly having a conscience and deciding to update a driver that they have ignored for seven years.

That is from 2013, and it is for operating systems not later than OS X Mavericks (10.9). It definitely will not work in macOS 11.1.
