A relative of mine passed away

A relative of mine passed away and I inherited her iPhone 11. How do I get her Apple ID off the phone so I can Reset the phone and put in my ID?

My sister passed away and I need to remove her Apple ID from the phone my Sister passed away I want to let my grandson use her phone I knew all of her passwords except her applei id and need to remove her apple id so I can put my grandson id on the phone
