"Connections to the server “p19-imap.mail.me.com” on the default ports timed out.

On my Mac I started getting this message "Connections to the server “p19-imap.mail.me.com” on the default ports timed out" however on my iPhone the mail works perfectly.

I have make any changes to the settings of my Mac

What should I do to stop quitting and opening Mail
