Unblocking voice mail messages

At the very end of my listing of voice mail messages, there are two options to view deleted voicemails as well as blocked voicemails. To my surprise I had over 100 blocked voicemails from two phone numbers, neither are on my blocked contacts list. I created contacts for both the numbers but is there any way these existing voicemails can be unblocked? I can listen to them even though they must be accessed from the blocked list. Sure would like them merged with my other non deleted voicemails. Sigh. Thanks
