Go to Settings > General > About

What does it say for iPhone Model and Software Version?

You need an iPhone 6s/6s Plus or newer in order to run iOS 14

If you have a 6/6 Plus, or a 5s like your details show.. you cannot update beyond iOS 12

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
