I have a free Apple TV subscription which I initiated on my iPhone, but am now trying to access it on my MacBook, but am not able.
I have gone into settings and clicked manage etc, but am still not able to activate on max. All show accessing request payment. Pls advise 🤷🏽♀️

On Mac, sign in to the Apple TV app additionally (menu Account). Then it should recognize your Apple TV+ subscription.
Note that the Apple TV+ subscription provides access to the Apple Original content, not other content in the Apple TV app.
