Apple subscription

I have a free Apple TV subscription which I initiated on my iPhone, but am now trying to access it on my MacBook, but am not able.

I have gone into settings and clicked manage etc, but am still not able to activate on max. All show accessing request payment. Pls advise 🤷🏽‍♀️
