I am trying to install Office 365 on my recently refurbished iMac. Apparently Office 365 requires OS version 14.0 or higher, but I have 10.13.6 High Sierra and my iMac reports that no upgrades are available. Any thoughts? Thanks!

What iMac sub-model? If it is 2012 or later, it will run Mojave and Catalina. if 2011 or older, it is limited to 10.13 and you will not be able to use Office.

If your machine is too old to upgrade, you may be able to just use the Microsoft 365 web based apps instead.
