Apple Watch not working

My apple watch is completely frozen on a black screen. I tried hard resetting it, charging it, and unpairing the watch. Nothing works and it doesn’t respond to any type of touch.

Nothing anywhere I saw online worked, so I ended up exchanging it for a new one. Thanks though!
