FWIW, there is no Early 2011 Mac Pro.
Check the Mojave system requirements.

Just to add, if you have an Early 2011 MacBook Pro, it cannot be upgraded beyond High Sierra.
You must have an 2012 Mac or later to install Mojave. Earlier models do not have the required hardware for Mojave.
