I have an early 2011 Mac Pro OS 10.13.6 High Sierra not compatible to Mojave. Can I upgrade to Mojave Mac OS 10.14

FWIW, there is no Early 2011 Mac Pro.

Check the Mojave system requirements.

Just to add, if you have an Early 2011 MacBook Pro, it cannot be upgraded beyond High Sierra.
