Internal-web "not connected"

how to resolve internal web cam issues as my Macbook Pro, as it just comes with with a message saying "there is no connected camera." and it not even listed under system report - hardware - camera section .

i've also tested SMC rest but no luck so is this a common issue with mac as i there's no visible damage to the screen or the webcam.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1
