How do I move contacts from iphone to laptop?

This is not a chat service. This is a user to user technical support forum and Apple does not participate here. You need to type out a question describing your problem and any troubleshooting steps you have taken to fix it, and wait for one of the volunteer users to read it and one to answer it.

Are you using iCloud for Contacts? If so, you can access them via a web browser if you are using a Windows computer, or you can install iCloud on the device. Or, if you are using a Mac, you can sign into iCloud and access the contacts that way. On your iPhone, you would just turn on iCloud Contacts in Settings.
