I ordered my iPad a week ago and still has not shipped!

I ordered my iPad Air 4 a week or more, I ordered a pencil it arrived surprisingly quick(I ordered them at the same time). Should I call? Or should I wait longer.

If Apple provided an anticipated arrival date, it will arrive within that timeframe. When it ships, Apple will send you an email with the anticipated arrival date, and tracking information. Also at time Apple will charge your payment method.

I knew what you meant. Is it past January 23 yet? It will arrive within the delivery window you were told, unless of course there is a natural disaster like an earthquake or such at the factory., or if the plane carrying your iPad crashes. or . . .
