Why are there charging me a $16.23 and also last week or two weeks ago was 99 dollars

Hey @Palau2001,

It seems like your card information has been compromised. My advice would be to alert your bank as soon as possible and follow your bank's instructions. It is highly unlikely that Apple is making purchases on your behalf without your consent.
