My Windows 10 does not recognized my iPod

My Windows 10 does not recognized my iPod Model PA003LL S/N JQ***SZU using the latest iTunes. I have tried everything on what to try and nothing here has helped. What else may I try? I also bought a new iPod cable and my computer still can't recognize it. Hum
