Using pages, do I need to type in Verso page information
Will information be placed automatically in the Verso page regarding copyright info, etc.?

How would Pages know that you were creating a book that needed that information on that page?
Where would Pages get the information?
Pages is a general purpose word processing and page layout application. A "Verso" page, in the sense that you are using the term, is required only in a small subset of the projects that Pages may be called on to help with.
There are WP applications for Mac that lean more strongly to Book production as a prime purpose. Some of them may provide some automation in creating this information page. Check the App store for possible solutions.
