I can't rent a movie on my appletv when all my credit card information is up to date. help
I am trying to rent on my television. I have done this successfully for the last couple years. I am getting a message I need to update my payment information which is done and has been done on my Macbook Pro.
If you are convinced that your payment method information is correct, complete, and up-to-date, then you should probably contact Apple Support for the reason behind the error message.
On what device are you trying to rent?
Can you rent on any other device, and then view that rental on the initially intended device?
Do you get a message that you payment method was declined? Or a different message?
Did you make purchases before on this Apple ID account?
