Unlocking a disabled iPhone XS without losing data.

Hi my child disabled my iPhone, and I would like to unlock it without restoring it. (there's no backup) How do I do this? N.B. I know the correct passcode and the my Apple ID password.

You don't.

It's too late. Your only option is to restore iOS. If your data was not backed up or synced to the cloud, it's gone.
