AirPods Connecting two different devices

Hey yā€™all,

I have one pair of Airpods and my mother also has one pair of Airpods. We have two different IPhones, but we still use the same AppleID. When Iā€™m using my own AirPods, she occasionally uses her own, which leads her Airpods connecting to my IPhone. Is there anyway to fix this or will I have to wait for her to stop using her own Airpods before resuming mine.

Thank You.

Hello,

It is recommended that you help your mother create and start using her own Apple ID. Apple ID's are not met to be shared:

Create and start using an Apple ID

If not, you will continue to have issues.

Good luck.
