Unresponsive SE watch

Watch seems to freeze up not being able to close apps nor open. The haptic feedback when scrolling sometimes does not work and the whole watch freezes up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Watch freezes on home screen My watch freezes only on Home Screen where I can’t swipe up or down for Notification Center. This only happens on Home Screen. I can still touch on any of the functions on the Home Screen (activity rings, weather, etc.) and once on the other screen, I can swipe up or down. This happens regularly and the only way around it is to restart the watch which is getting to be VERY annoying.

Apple Watch se doesn’t respond to clicks My Apple Watch se doesn’t respond to clicks . On the initial start of Watch I can click on apps and open but later can’t clicks on anything even the apps in back ground . The screen responds to moving up an down. Just the clicking on apps takes many tries and most of times they don’t open . Is this defect ?
