How do I uninstall MacOs Catalina from my desk top?

You don't uninstall it. It isn't an app.
You can erase the drive and restore from the backup you made prior to installing Catalina or you can just reinstall the OS.
If you don't have a backup, you would need to export all of your data to another drive before you erase the drive.
If you've opened any of the Library-based apps, like Photos, you'll need to export all of your photos from the Library to another drive. You can re-import them after reinstalling the OS.
