iPhone 12 Pro voicemail not available

I am not able to see the voicemail option in my phone. I tried going to settings/phone and the option for voicemail is gone. I reseted the carrier settings/ turn on and off the phone and still nothing. No voicemail option when I open my phone.

i know I have voicemail because I had my DD calling and leaving a message.

what else can I do??

Can’t access Voicemail A couple of months ago I got an iPhone 13 and signed up for a new service provider. Ever since I haven’t been able to get Voicemail. If I dial Voicemail I just get a short series of beeps. Same thing if anyone tries to ring and leave a message. It is possible to ring the provider and turn on Voicemail but I just can’t access it after that. Have tried all the advice on line (i.e. turn phone on/off; turn wireless mode on/off), none worked. Service provider say everything is okay their end and it must be a problem with the phone. Anyone any ideas?

Iphone 11 voicemail my voicemail is not working and I have tried all the fixes I could find on other posts. when I try to change my voicemail password it comes back "voicemail unavailable, try again later" (which of course nothing ever changes). Is this a phone issue or a carrier issue?

Contact your cellular carrier. That's a carrier feature.
